1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at picky-locksmith.com or requesting mobile locksmith dispatch services from Picky Locksmith, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.

2. Service Verification & Authorization

To prevent illegal entries and protect property owners, Picky Locksmith strictly enforces security and verification protocols:

• Proof of Ownership: Clients requesting lockout or rekeying services must provide valid government-issued identification matching the property address or vehicle registration/title.
• Tenant Verification: Tenants must demonstrate legal occupancy via lease agreements, utility bills, or landlord verification if names do not match public records.
• Right to Refuse Service: Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if adequate proof of authorization or ownership cannot be provided.

3. Pricing, Estimates, and Payments

We strive for complete transparency in all our transactions:

• Estimates: Phone quotes are provided as estimates based on client descriptions. Final pricing is determined on-site after a visual inspection of the hardware or vehicle.
• Service Call Fees: A standard dispatch/service fee applies to all mobile calls, covering technician travel time and diagnostic evaluation.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our mobile technicians are highly trained professionals utilizing state-of-the-art tools, certain locks, security systems, or worn hardware may carry inherent risks of damage during non-destructive or emergency entry attempts:

• Picky Locksmith is not liable for pre-existing damage to doors, frames, ignition cylinders, or locking mechanisms.
• Our liability for any direct damages resulting from our service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and images displayed on picky-locksmith.com are the intellectual property of Picky Locksmith. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within Maricopa County, Arizona.
